Anran’s cooling-characteristic tester, workpiece temperature measurement system and quenching fixtures each have their own purpose, configuration and operating requirements. They are available separately; understanding the entire digital system or buying another product first is not required.
SYQ-2 cooling-characteristic tester
To assess changes in a working fluid, measure its cooling performance.
Compare fresh and in-service fluids under recorded conditions, retain test records and print reports. For medium selection, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Workpiece internal temperature measurement system
To understand thick sections and the core, place measurement points inside the workpiece.
Record temperature changes at different depths and relate them to the initial heated condition and post-quench inspection to assess actual cooling paths and surface-to-core differences.
Quenching fixtures and equipment
Implementing a selected cooling method requires suitable loading and operating conditions.
Discuss dedicated fixtures for heavy, very thin and challenging workpieces. Fixtures can be commissioned separately without purchasing Anran quenchant or a complete equipment package; design requirements are agreed with the technical team.

For intelligent systems and dedicated fixtures using Anran’s patent-based method, the patent-based product simulates workpiece heat treatment to obtain a workpiece-specific cooling profile before design proceeds from those results. This technical prerequisite applies to that customised solution, not to every equipment purchase.
