Online enquiries require a reply email and a message. When contacting us by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, you choose what to share. Drawings, composition, curves and reports are not required enquiry fields.

Information is used to reply, select products, provide quotations and conduct related business communication. Online forms are forwarded to the company mailbox through Google Apps Script; email and messaging are handled by their service providers. We will not publish your technical information without authorisation.

The form also submits necessary context such as language, page location and a request identifier to identify and handle the enquiry. Each provider’s processing is subject to its applicable terms.

The website uses Google Analytics for visits and feature events, including enquiry submission status, report generation, printing and saving as PDF. Events do not include enquiry or report text; analytics services may process browser identifiers and similar technical information.

The website also uses the Google Ads tag for advertising measurement and, where configured and permitted, remarketing. Google may use cookies, advertising-click information and browser identifiers for these purposes. The events configured by this website do not include enquiry or report text. Calculator reports are generated in your browser. Printing or saving a PDF does not send the report contents to Anran. Sharing a report, curve or other file is your choice.
