Anran’s patent-based product simulates workpiece heat treatment to obtain a workpiece-specific cooling profile. Dedicated fixtures are then designed using those results, particularly for heavy, very thin and otherwise difficult-to-process parts.
In this patent-based design method, the workpiece-specific curve is a technical prerequisite. This describes how the fixture is designed; it does not require the customer to buy every other product. Technical work and delivery scope are agreed during consultation.
Design around the actual cooling task
Give the medium access where needed. Review shielding from stacking, cavities and supports, then consider spacing and orientation.
Match cooling to thick and thin sections. Coordinate local cooling with workpiece geometry and loading.
Make the required cooling operation practical. Design fixture arrangements using the workpiece-specific curve and production conditions.
Make operations repeatable. Translate operator experience into clear loading and operating requirements suited to the production floor.
Typical workpieces to discuss
Heavy high-chromium cast iron hammers and liners, Cr–Mo steel SAG liners, uneven-section parts and distortion-prone thin parts. Designs are discussed for the specific geometry; no single weight or thickness establishes universal suitability.
Start with your existing equipment
Start by describing the workpiece, existing tank and lifting method. Further information is agreed for the simulation task. Once the workpiece-specific cooling profile is available, the fixture and equipment solution can be defined. A complete drawing set or report is not required for the first enquiry.
Quenchants, temperature measurement and fixtures can be purchased separately. Fixture design should suit the actual cooling requirements of AR-HCCI, AR-SAG or the medium you already use.
