SYQ-2 cooling-characteristic tester
Beyond concentration readings: check how your working fluid actually cools.
SYQ-2 supports shop-floor and laboratory testing of temperature–time curves, cooling-rate curves and characteristic parameters. Overlay records to examine differences between fresh fluid, in-service baths and operating conditions.
When production needs a cooling test
Establish a reference for a fresh bath; monitor changes during production; check the medium when hardness varies; and retest after replenishment or maintenance to confirm the required cooling condition.
Keep probe condition, bath temperature, relative motion and settings comparable. The tester reveals differences; a single curve does not automatically attribute every quality problem to the quenchant.
Records for production checks and later review
Display temperature–time and cooling-rate–temperature curves, compare records, save date, time, medium details and notes, and print A4 or B5 reports with curves and characteristic parameters. Archive original records by workpiece, tank or batch.

Match the probe and configuration to the test
When ordering, specify the medium, intended test method and laboratory or shop-floor requirements. The probe, installation and test conditions are agreed together.
The software supports probe correction and curve-processing settings. Retain these settings when comparing records so that configuration differences are not mistaken for product differences.
How it complements workpiece temperature measurement
Standard-probe tests assess medium response under specified conditions. Internal cooling of a heavy workpiece requires measurement points in that workpiece and suitable acquisition equipment. Both record types can inform an analysis, but they are not interchangeable.
Test the working fluid you already use
SYQ-2 is available separately; purchasing Anran quenchant is not required. For Anran or other-brand media, configuration is selected according to medium type and intended test method.
If you already have an established process and only need to monitor bath changes, you can buy the tester without adopting an intelligent system.
